Workout Exercise Spinner

Spin for a random bodyweight exercise, start the timer and go. A fun way to build HIIT, circuits and active classroom breaks.

Make exercise a game

Doing the same routine every day is boring — and boredom is the number-one reason people skip workouts. The Workout Exercise Spinner adds surprise. Spin for a random bodyweight exercise like squats, push-ups, planks or burpees, press Start timer, and do it until the beep. Repeat for a full random workout.

How to build a random workout

  1. Choose your timer: 20, 30, 45 or 60 seconds.
  2. Spin the wheel and start the timer from the pop-up.
  3. Rest for 15–30 seconds, then spin again.
  4. Do 8–12 rounds for a complete session. Your exercises are listed in the Results tab.

Workout formats to try

  • HIIT: 40 seconds of work, 20 seconds of rest, 10 spins.
  • Deck of cards style: spin an exercise and use the Dice Roller to choose reps.
  • Brain breaks: one spin between lessons gets a class moving.
  • Office movement: one exercise every hour.
  • Family challenge: everyone does the exercise together.

Customize your exercise list

Edit the list to match your level and space: add stretches for a cool-down, yoga poses, kettlebell moves or low-impact options like marching in place. Include reps or time in each line (“15 squats”, “30s plank”).

Warm up first, use good form and stop if anything hurts. If you have a health condition, check with a professional before starting a new exercise routine.
