PickerSpinner provides free online tools that generate random results, including spinning wheels, pickers, team generators, coin flips and dice. If you use our tools to run a giveaway, contest, raffle or promotion, you are solely responsible for it — including writing and publishing the rules, choosing eligible entrants, complying with social-media platform policies and local laws (which may require permits or prohibit paid raffles), contacting winners and delivering prizes. PickerSpinner is not a sponsor or administrator of any promotion run with its tools.

You keep all rights to the entries you type into the tools. Entries are processed in your browser and are not uploaded to us. You are responsible for any content you include in share links and for having the right to use any personal information you enter.
The PickerSpinner name, logo, website design, text and code are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may share links to our pages and screenshots or recordings of the tools in use (for example, recording a giveaway draw).
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PickerSpinner will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service, including any outcome decided by a random result.
The Service may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
We may update these Terms or change the Service at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
