Pick a winner from comments — without connecting your account

Most comment pickers ask you to log in with Instagram or YouTube. This Random Comment Picker doesn’t. You copy the comments, paste them in, and the draw happens entirely in your browser. That means it works with any platform — Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, X, Twitch chat, Discord, forums or email — and you never hand over access to your account.

How to pick a random comment

1. Copy the comments from your post. Paste them one per line in the format username: comment text.
2. Set entry rules: a required word or hashtag, a minimum number of @mentions (tagged friends), and usernames to exclude such as your own account.
3. Keep One entry per username on to stop people winning by spamming comments.
4. Check the Eligible counter, choose the number of winners, and press Draw.
5. Copy the winners and their winning comments for your announcement.

Entry rules explained

• Comment must contain — only comments containing this text count, e.g. #giveaway.
• Minimum @mentions — for “tag two friends to enter” rules, set this to 2.
• Exclude usernames — separate with commas; the leading @ is optional.
• One entry per username — each person counts once no matter how many times they commented.

Tips for copying comments

On desktop, open the post, expand all comments and select the text; a spreadsheet can help you tidy it into one comment per line. Many creators export comments with a free browser extension or their platform’s download tools and paste the result here. Lines without a colon still work — the first word is treated as the username.
