Raffle Wheel

Generate numbered tickets, spin the wheel and draw winners for each prize. Winning tickets are removed automatically.

Run a raffle draw online

The Raffle Wheel brings the excitement of a live raffle to any screen. Generate a range of ticket numbers — with a prefix if you like — or paste names, then spin to draw the winners. Each winning ticket is removed from the wheel so it cannot win twice, and every winner is recorded in order: 1st prize, 2nd prize, 3rd prize and so on.

How to draw raffle winners

  1. Create tickets: enter the first and last ticket number (for example 1 to 250), add an optional prefix like “A-”, and press Fill the wheel with tickets. Or paste names or ticket numbers directly.
  2. Spin for one winner at a time — perfect for drawing prizes in a live event.
  3. Or set Winners and press Draw all to spin automatically for each prize.
  4. Copy the winners list for your announcement.

Great for fundraisers and events

  • School fairs, PTA fundraisers and charity nights.
  • Office parties and holiday raffles.
  • Club and church events, tombolas and 50/50 draws.
  • Livestream raffles and online community events.
  • Door prizes at conferences and weddings.

Tips for a smooth raffle

Use the same numbering on the wheel as on your printed ticket stubs. Project the wheel on a big screen in full-screen mode, and draw the smallest prize first to build excitement towards the grand prize. If some people bought several tickets, simply include each of their ticket numbers — every ticket is one slice, so more tickets mean more chances.

Prefer a quick list draw without a wheel? The Giveaway Winner Picker draws many winners and backups at once. Need a random number only? Use the Random Number Wheel.

Please check local rules before running a paid raffle — many places require a permit or limit raffles to registered charities.

Raffle Wheel — FAQ

How many raffle tickets can the wheel hold?

Up to 5,000 generated tickets per wheel. Labels get smaller with large numbers of tickets, but each ticket has an equal chance.

Can a ticket win twice?

Not with the default setting. Each winning ticket is removed from the wheel automatically.

Can I draw several winners at once?

Yes. Set the number of winners and press “Draw all” — the wheel spins once for each prize.

Can I use names instead of numbers?

Yes. Paste names, one per line, instead of generating ticket numbers.
